SF Gonzalez Concrete

A small area of my concrete driveway needed to be repaired due to cracks and unevenness. The initial communication was rapid and an appointment was made for an estimate; however, SF Gonzalez Concrete did not show up and no phone call was received regarding cancellation. After contacting them, they apologized and another appointment was set up. During the appointment, SF Gonzalez Concrete said they would give two estimates for each of the two options discussed.

Mr Gonzalez and his two younger sons worked on replacing our driveway and adjacent areas with new concrete and exposed aggregate concrete. They paid great attention to details and completed the project on time. They also made reasonable adjustments based on our request. His goal is to ensure total customer satisfaction. It was a beautiful job and we are 100% satisfied!

Mr Gonzalez and his team did a fantastic job installing a new concrete patio for our HOA. They worked with us on the design and were accommodating to a last minute change we made. Their team were professional and worked quickly to complete the work. The end product was exactly what we hoped for and we're hoping to work with Mr Gonzalez again soon.

The ladies in the office Veronica and Jasmine are professional set up the appointment and answered all my questions. They sent out Daniel, he was right on time. I told him what I need to be done. And Daniel made suggestions. Which were very helpful. After a few days I set up an appointment for work to be done. Daniel and his crew was right on time for the start and at the end of each day cleaned up the area. The final day Daniel and his crew poured concrete. We couldn't have asked for a more professional job. Thanks to the office staff and Daniel and his crew for such a seamless project.

Over the years, we have always had SF Gonzales Concrete do our work. Their years in the business show. This last job was for a garage floor. They completed the job quickly. Checked with us about details, put any changes to the initial quote in writing for approval so there were no surprises. The crew was polite, hard working and professional. The job was completed on time. We had 3 of our neighbors remark on how quickly the job was finished. We highly recommend them.
