Sierra Vents

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Some birds went into my dryer vent and built a nest. So I called them to fix it. Jay came first and was very professional and friendly. He explained everything clearly and removed the nest quickly. After Jay left, I noticed birds going in and out of the vent again and starting to rebuild the nest. I contacted the owner, Jason, because I wanted to understand what my options were. Instead of receiving clear explanations, I was told to 'take your anger and frustration on your HOA' and later 'I don't like playing that game.'

Jason came out right away to help with a chimney and full duct cleaning. He did a fantastic job and the work was completed efficiently and thoroughly. Great value, great service. Would hire again!

Jason did a fantastic job! Kept in communication the whole time and went above and beyond to thoroughly clean a dryer vent that hadn't been cleaned in years.

They sent Jason Jattan who first explained everything and then spent about 3 hours cleaning the ducts, including the dryer and bathroom vents. Afterwards he showed us about 5 pounds of dirt and dust. Jason was very clear about the procedures, costs and options, for a price that was reasonable compared to a couple other quotes. If you call make sure and request Jason for great customer service!
