PROS. I had a pretty good idea what needed fixing in our LG washing machine (the drain pump), communication was seamless, and after he arrived in less than a hour it was done. Fair price, especially for great service and expertise. Would highly recommend.

My dryer decided to crap out right in the middle of a load of laundry. I called SimpleFix and they had a technician at my house later that day. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, order parts, and schedule his return to finish the repair after a few days. He did a temporary fix so that I could continue to use the unit while we waited for the parts. He came back today and now my dryer is good as new! Highly recommend!!!
