Latest 5 of 113Smart Pros were so professional, friendly, and reliable. They did a one time treatment on 2 of my homes and were so reasonable. They called to let me know that they would be at my home in 10 minutes.
Well I'd like to give them more stars than I am since they're a small business. But they did not live to the expectation they build you up for... the inspector came unprepared. I was really rooting for them but they just didn't do the job correctly. I am disappointed.
The Inspector was very professional, I was nervous about having any bug issues but he explained things so that I could understand.
I had a bit of an emergency... I called Smart Pest Pros. The lady who answered understood that I needed help now. She arranged for Josh to come out the next morning. He did a thorough inspection and helped me avoid a big headache and expense.
I needed rat extermination. Josh was very helpful and kind. He even did some of the cleaning himself... I definitely encourage others to go to Smart Pest Pros for help with pests.
