James and Trent were very professional and very detailed and patient explaining and giving me options! Even found a little defect the next day on glass and no hassle came back and replaced glass! Prices very fair! Thank you guys!

A lone mighty pine cone broke through my kitchen garden window during the recent winter storm right after Christmas where so many businesses were closed. I've contacted a few companies to see if they were available. Some of them contacted me but they never followed up. All except for James from South City Shower Door & Window. Not only James contacted me but offered to give me an estimate right away. Very professional and courteous. I hope to always contact James again for my projects again.

I am taking the time to write this review as a token of my appreciation for James Mason of South City Shower Door & Windows Works because of his honesty and kindness to me. I had requested an estimate on a window in a rental unit. He informed me that he could not send someone out to look at the project until two weeks in the future. Instead he referred me to a technician from a different company, who turned out to be available immediately to repair existing old aluminum windows and create screens for them.
