Scheduling and all other services were terrific. The staff was very friendly and they do an amazing job at a great price. They got rid of a lot of pet odors and other stains. Highly recommend.

The Spotless team was professional and thorough throughout the process when I asked them to come in for pet stains and general wear and tear cleaning. Response time for a quote was timely, they explained the service in detail based on what I was looking for. Daniel came on time, was friendly, helpful and thorough in explaining the service to be done that day, potential risks involved with the carpet after the cleaning, and also provided helpful advice for aftercare and maintenance. He was also efficient and got the job done in less than 2 hours! The carpet looked brand new again. I will definitely use them again for any of my carpet cleaning needs.

I booked carpet and upholstery cleaning through their website, and got a quick confirmation text message. The technician arrived within the scheduled timeframe, and he did an excellent job! Our family room carpet had suffered from a large dog, a small child, and our own antics of eating and drinking on the couch. It's an off-white carpet, and it looked like it was time to replace it. We decided to have Spotless clean it instead to see if it could be saved, and we're so glad we did! It looks completely refreshed. The cleaning process was very professional and efficient. We have been incredibly pleased with the service we receive from Spotless. I always recommend them to friends but I'm not really an online review person. That needs to change because this company deserves a bajillion stars for every spill and stain they have rescued us from over the years, as well as generally keeping our tile, carpets, sofas and cushions looking new.
