Steve's Appliance Service

I've used Steve 4 times in pleasanton and Livermore. He has been prompt, courteous, clean and just a nice guy...also reasonably priced. Today, (Saturday) with a heat wave just starting, called me right away after I requested service, and after looking at my records he walked me through a process to troubleshoot my refrigerator issue. He knew I was fairly handy, and told me how to fix it myself...how cool was that.

Been using Steve for decades. Always on time and does great work for a very reasonable price. Why pay for new junk when Steve can fix that solid 25 year old refrigerator, which he did this morning.

Steve did an excellent job. I emailed him Thursday morning, had a response by the evening, and we emailed back and forth to arrange for him to come out Friday morning. He explained what was wrong, the likely cost, and the possibility of it getting pricier if the damage was worse than expected. He is very knowledgeable, very professional, and we will definitely be using his services next time we have an appliance that needs work.

Steve was very honest. I would hire again. We actually recommended to not use him and just purchase a new microwave.

Steve has been our appliance guy for over 20 years. He is very knowledgeable and gives us all the options, plus a cost estimate. Steve communicates well and goes the extra mile to help his customers get their appliances working.
