Charlie and Joey did my load bearing wall takedown and kitchen remodel last year. They performed their job with a very timely fashion and I was very satisfied. They finished in only 15 days with very high quality and a good price. The project manager Peter was also very easy to communicate to and I really appreciated his professionalism. I would highly recommend to hire Charlie and his crew, if you need something done in a timely manner and at a high quality.

I appreciate Charlie from Successful Construction built a 2-story house for my home. I have to say this is a challenge project for many contractors, but Charlie resolved many problems and successfully completed the project with his professional experiences. Especially during the lockdown in spring 2020, he is very patient for me when material and labors are in shortage. And he always solve the problems punctually when I ask for something and issues need to be addressed.

We were having a 750 SFT addition in San Jose. The whole project included renovation and new addition. I hired Charlie Hu as our general contractor. He was referred by a friend. Unlike many general contractors who don't really do the work themselves, Charlie did a lot of work himself including framing, electrical, plumbing, floors, trims, etc. That was probably why we passed inspections more easily. The total project time was about 6 months, which was pretty good in my opinion. I highly recommend Charlie Hu and his firm (Successful Construction) for his work quality, professionalism and overall value.
