Really sad when you've hired a front desk person who immaturely answers the phone saying they don't want to talk to you because you're "really annoying" when I've never called before and was hoping to hire you guys. Definitely would recommend hiring employees who actually care to talk to potential clients rather than be completely ignorant and childish. Wish you the best of luck getting anyone to hire you when you have someone like that answering your phones.

I've used Rob several times over the years, even prior to him having his own business. His work is absolutely amazing and has a great attention to detail. By far one of the best builders in Northern California. I will continue using him.

It saddens me to be forced to give Robert Hutchinson a one star review. We signed a contract with Robert to rebuild our deck. The contract stated it would take 15 days. He started out doing wonderful work and then everything came to a standstill. Six months have gone by and we have 85% of our deck complete. Phone calls, emails, letters, and text have been ignored, promises broken, and in the end we were forced to hire someone else to finish the project. I am beyond disappointed with my service.

Robert replaced our old Evergrain deck of only 10 yrs. old to a New Trex Transcends deck finished in September 2017! We are enjoying the new deck and have received many compliments from friends and relatives. They did a very good job, spent quality hours and listened to us if we had questions along the way!
