Rande came out to clean a 7 year old area rug that hadn't ever been deep cleaned before. Great communication. His price was reasonable, he was honest about some risks with rug rippling due to the material (and expectations/what to do if it occurred, which it did (minor and temporary). Very quick and efficient service. Also did a quick clean of a spot on another carpet for no extra charge. Would definitely use him again.

They did a fantastic job on my carpeted staircases! It's been years since I last had them cleaned and since then there's been stuff spilled on them and general dirty dark spots from constant use, and Rande was able to get it all looking fresh and new again. I am very impressed and will definitely hit him up again in the future.
