Martin Sanchez and his workers did a wonderful job in replacing/painting the trellis over my deck, as well as repairing dry rot. They also repaired/painted my front deck and ramp. They were polite, easy to communicate with, neat and tidy, with cleanup each day, and even did some minor repairs not related to the deck or ramp. They really went "above and beyond" when they power washed my patio furniture, which was a mess, and a job I could never do myself. Highly recommended. Thank You, Martin and your workers!

I've dreamed of a kitchen remodel for many years and Martin Sanchez created my dream kitchen for me. I began with a small kitchen which had one workspace and we transformed it to a kitchen that features 5 solid workspaces which is amazing. Finishing touches were completed with care to my detail-oriented liking. Each day his crew arrived on time and each day they departed our home leaving the construction site vacuumed and tidy. Martin strives to make your vision a reality and the process of getting there is painless due to his, "Can do" attitude. His primary crew has worked with him for decades, a testament to his collaborative and industrious nature. Martin has a reliable network of subs that he coordinates expertly and he managed city permitting along the way. I value working with The Sanchez Builders to the extent that I referred him to do work for my elderly parents. I recommend The Sanchez Builders. If he is booked out several months, he is worth the wait.

Sanchez Construction was recommended by our neighbors to help repair dry rot, replace a atrium door and repair my deck. They did it ALL, and well. Very neat, and cleaned up every day. I gave their name to more neighbors, as we have the same dry rot issue. I wouldn't recommend him if their crew wasn't good. Give Martin a call!

Martin and his team were excellent to work with. Very good communication and coordination. I plan to use them again for additional projects. This project was replacing windows on my personal residence. We also needed to deal with some dry rot and other repairs. All was accomplished to plan, timely, fair prices and very good attention to detail.

I hired Martin to renovate a very old and out-of-date kitchen and over the course of six months he and his team, not only built the most beautiful kitchen, they also renovated two bathrooms and added on a deck -- also beautiful and very well done.
