I had ten windows that needed replacing, six at my sister's, which needed custom windows to match the original 1908 design that the city mandates on old buildings and four casement at my place. Chico came out to both houses and measured and gave me a fair quote. The custom windows at my sister's look exactly like the original ones, down to the wood grooves. The Marvin casement windows are a fantastic addition and the installation couldn't have gone smoother. Chico, Danielle and the installation crew are great. They have made me a firm believer that there are many great local businesses.

Chico and Danny are amazing, and HONEST. I had water damage next to a window and I called a general contractor thinking that the window needs to be replaced. The contractor was honest and said that if I only need a window replaced, that I should contact The Window & Door shop, they'll do the replacement. Chico and Danny came out, and they told me that our windows are sound, no need to be replaced, that the leak is traveling from another location. Refreshingly honest folks. Highly recommend.

I purchased Marvin sliding glass doors. Good doors are important, but installation is equally important. Fred the owner is wonderful. His install crew...great. Neat, courteous, attention to detail. I was totally satisfied.

When I had to get my windows replaced I asked three people who they recommend and they all said The Window & Door Shop. They came out a few times to make sure the measurements were perfect. The installation process was quick and the installers took care to take away all the old windows and old wood molding. They replaced the damaged molding and the windows and skylights look amazing.

If you need new windows - hands down - this is the place to go! Especially with old buildings, fitting windows right can be very tricky. I had 3 bay windows replaced in my 113 year old building. The job came in on time with no cost overruns and they are a perfect fit! Well done Fred and his staff!
