Thomas plumbing is excellent. Service providers are helpful, timely, responsive. Dave came today to fix a leak in our backflow device. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Thankfully it was an easy 5 minute fix, and he didn't even charge us. This is just one in a series of excellent experiences with Thomas plumbing. Highly recommend!

We had an issue with the hot water pressure after the new heater installation. Jason came to check on this issue and did an amazing job fixing it. The was very thorough and professional, explained in details what the problem is and what needs to be done. Jason was also very efficient completing everything in less than two hours. He cleaned after himself and it was overall a great quality service! I will highly recommend Jason! He will be my go to Plumber if I need any plumbing job in future. Thank you!

Not recommended at all - negative price-cost/performance. Useless advice /consultation with high charge.

My water softener at my house in Morgan Hill stopped functioning so I was in need of a new one. I left a voicemail on a Sunday and was contacted early Monday morning by Dave from Thomas Plumbing. Dave came to my house that day and recommended the unit I should buy. After buying the unit later that week, Dave set up an appointment to install the unit the very next Monday. He was courteous, professional, and extremely responsive to my needs. I would recommend Thomas plumbing to everyone. Thanks Dave and Chris!

David came to replace a check valve on my recirculating pump line. He was on time, got right into it and did a very clean job. My buddy who used to service Morgan Hill area who has wonderful reputation (Good 1 Plumbing) referred me to Thomas since he was unavailable. He was right on. Thomas is reasonable and his team does quality work. They're Good 1 plumbing approved!
