Tri-Valley Garage Door

Very pleased with the overall service of Tri-Valley Garage Door. Justin and his team did an excellent job and did everything in a professional manner. Justin did everything to ensure the job was 100% complete to his and my satisfaction. I say "his" satisfaction as he provided additional work/material to ensure the doors fit perfectly. I highly recommend using Tri-Valley.

Justin is a wonderful guy and does a very professional job. However, I have been waiting over two weeks for an item I paid for he did not have at the time of the installation. I have called him 3 times and I have not yet heard back from him. He should be calling me, I should not have to chase him down. I would have given him higher marks if he would communicate with me on the status of the part still not installed.

I shopped around for a garage door installer and went this a local company. He has been in business for quite a while and therefore trusted him more so than the rest. I ordered a garage door with a certain style of window 'inserts' that match my other windows in my home. He showed up promptly on the day of the install and the installation went good, except that he had to install a basic plain window because the window style I ordered had not yet arrived. He told me as soon as it came in he'd come and swap them out. About three weeks after the install I called to get a status. He said it would be taken care of soon. A few weeks later I called again and left a message, that I was somewhat upset it had not been done and I have not heard from him. I did not get a call-back. It has now been over 2 months since the installation and I am quite certain he has no intention of delivering the product I ordered which is unfortunate since he seems like a nice guy and did a good job installing the door.

This is our second experience with Justin and we couldn't be happier. He is prompt, courteous, does good work and all for a great price. He replaced a garage door in one of our rentals plus a garage door opener in our home. Garage door had to be ordered but opener was installed the same day we called about it.

I needed a new garage door, and Tri-Valley did a good job. They installed the proper motor with sufficient torque to last, and they had the lowest price of all the companies I called.
