A water leak resulted in damage to an upstairs laundry room and a downstairs bathroom. After water damage mitigation was completed, Greg came in and did the necessary repairs to the damaged ceiling and walls. I was really impressed by his careful work. He had to replace insulation in an outer wall and do some tricky cutting to fit the drywall around outlets, vents, and plumbing in the laundry room. He installed additional ceiling framing in the bathroom to ensure stability in the new ceiling. You would never know there had been any damage.

I'd like to give a very positive shout out for Greg from Tri Valley Handyman. I am working on installing something to the wall, and ran into some things I was not familiar with, and called Greg to see if he could do the work. He actually gave me some answers over the phone to the questions that were baffling me, and some reassurance on what I was doing. I'm going to see now if I can do this myself, and if not, I will indeed be calling Greg back. He was very patient with my questions, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you Greg!

Greg helped me replace a failed kitchen garbage disposal unit. We both got lucky because the unit arrived one day early and he messaged me that his schedule opened up right at around the same time. The work was done and paid uneventfully. I like the fact that he accepts Zelle. Definitely keeping Greg on my contact list. Well done, Greg!

Greg returned the call within couple of hours. He went to the house the very next day and gave us the details of what need to be done and cost for each of them. He worked with the tenant and fixed the issue. We will use him in the future.
