Darren with Tri Valley Pest Control came to treat an ant problem we've been struggling with for a year. He was very responsive to my initial call, was able to schedule a visit in a very timely manner, and was honest in his communication. He definitely has our business moving forward! It's wonderful to know we're dealing with a responsible and ethical local business owner who takes pride in his work. I've now recommended him to my local family members.

We found a pretty sizable paper wasp nest under the eves on the second floor. No way I was going to reach that even with a 20ft sprayer. Sent out for quotes. Darren called me and was honest with what we were dealing with and gave me a reasonable price. He came over same day, and actually found 4 more nests. For a little more he took care of all of them. He was quick, efficient and was able to pay online. Bonus: he didn't try to sell me on a monthly subscription which most companies aggressively do these days. Thank you Darren. You are my go to pest control moving forward.

I called Darren today to ask for an exterminator to come out and do an inspection for us on a space underneath a bathtub that had been taken over by rats and bees and after a bee extractor came to remove the hive. This was time-sensitive because we had initially planned on having some stucco contractors come by to fix the hole left behind. Not only did Darren listen to my concerns completely, he gave advice after asking more questions about the situation. He reassured me that the stucco work could move ahead as planned and was extremely knowledgeable about what was likely going on and how best to proceed after their work was done. He wasn't a pushy salesman. I wasn't just another potential appointment on his calendar. He was just an obvious expert in his field that wanted to help where he could and do what actually needed to be done. I will be coming back to Darren in the future for any pest control work that I may need because today he earned a customer for life.

Tri Valley has been the best pest control service I have ever used. I cannot recommend them enough! Darren and Chris are an absolute pleasure to work with! They are always so professional and prompt with their service. Chris always treats our house and always does an amazing job. Since they started at our home, we have seen minimal pest activity and even when we have an increase, they are quick to resolve the issue even on months that I'm not scheduled to receive service. Since we've found them, I've started to convert my whole family to use Tri Valley Pest Control because they truly are the best!
