Latest 5 of 218I had a bathtub/walk in shower conversion in April 2026. I was pleased with all the representatives and the project manager, but service after the fact raised concerns. I encountered some installation issues that were concerning.
Guy came out, looked at my tub, took some measurements and said I needed something custom.. Well... over a month later and no email. I guess they're not hurting for business. Thats fine, they'll get none of mine.
I'm a full year late to review this company. They'd get five stars except for mistakes on my part. I didn't price-shop before going with them for a shower remodel.. They designed it exactly to my specs, did the work quickly.. I enjoy it every time I use it except for my mistakes as noted.
Beware of the 'warranty' TLDR: Shower door they installed with remodel exploded on our son.. I encountered the worst customer service ever!
Steve Grant was awesome. Very professional, timely, thorough and personable. The crew that did the work cleaned up everyday before leaving. My new shower is lovely!
