Unique Home Design & Remodeling

We interviewed 7 different companies for our project and I'm very happy we chose Unique Home Design & Remodeling! Our house had 5 rooms with water damage. After hiring a separate water/mold remediation, Unique Home came in to rebuild all of the damaged areas. Our Master Bathroom was taken down to the studs, so that room was a full remodel. The quality of their work is very high. Mike, our project manager, was unbelievably great. A strong communicator whose focus was on making us happy.

We recently remodeled two bathrooms and received truly exceptional support from start to finish from Unique Home Design and Remodeling. Our project manager, Mike, went above and beyond at every stage--overseeing each detail, keeping us fully informed, and addressing potential issues before they became problems.

Project manager was prompt & provided comprehensive literature. But the job price was very high & many requests weren't documented which they were left to memory. They do seem very professional though & I would bid them for a significant project if there was more budget funds.

We hired Unique Home Design and Remodeling for our complete home renovation. We highly recommend Steve, Ofir and their team. Steve and Ofir helped create a functional space from old midcentury home Berkeley with their 3D modeling software program. This gave us several ideas what our space would look like.

I highly recommend Steve and his team! Steve helped us with our first big home renovation project: redoing our master and hall baths and master bedroom closet. Throughout the process, they were extremely communicative and responsive and helped us through planning and designs, permitting, selecting materials, and working closely with us throughout demo and construction.
