Vilma House Cleaning Services

I was very surprised to see the team showed up on time and very prompt. they worked well and very quiet. I was impressed and happy with the service and results. I'm only giving a 3 star bc I noticed an item missing .. I reached out to Vilma not accusing her team just simply asking her to ask had they seen it, or maybe moved it to a different area .. Vilma has not responded to me or answered when called. I am really hoping my item turns up and this is all a misunderstanding bc I loved the cleaning.

When she showed up, it was great. She worked hard. However, the problem was sometimes she wouldn't show up and wouldn't give notice. I wasn't comfortable with giving someone my key, so I would let her in my home. We agreed on a time, and she didn't show up. After an hour, I texted her daughter and she told me she had an appointment and was going to be late. I thought that was unprofessional since I spent my whole lunch hour waiting around for someone that didn't even bother to tell me they were going to be late.

Vilma is irresponsible and dishonest. The last appointment we paid for her services, she failed to tell us she left a wet set of sheets and duvet in our washer. When we discovered them they were mildewed/unsalvageable. She promised to pay for a replacement set or reimburse us for a set we would purchase. Going ahead and buying our own, she did not reimburse us for the new set as she said she would. We found her to be a liar and unprofessional. When trying to contact her regarding this issue she hung up on my assistant twice. I would not recommend Vilma House Cleaning Services to anyone now or in the future.

A phenomenal cleaning experience!! Vilma and team were professional in all communications and did a fantastic job on my 2 bed / 1.5 bath. They paid attention to every detail (e.g., showers, glass surfaces, corners). Will definitely use again!!

My husband and I were pleased with Vilma's Cleaning Services. She was flexible with last minute time changes due to tight move-in deadlines. We've used her cleaning services twice and would use them again. Thank you!
