My husband was the one who contacted you multiple times. Since you are ignoring his Google Map review too, he has posted a review here as well. We have sent a request 2 weeks ago through BBB to resolve this, and you also have not responded. What you wrote to me about your inspection not being "warranty or guarantee", and to "get your own inspection" is ridiculous. You basically have admitted that your work cannot be trusted, because what else could have been the purpose of the seller using your services for a pre-sale roof inspection if not to reflect an accurate description of the condition?

Higher than 5 stars. Exceeded my expectations. Dave, the owner, does the work himself, is a perfectionist, very personable, meticulous in cleaning the job site, provides excellent communication. Another highly rated roofing company turned down our job stating it was too difficult and complicated. Dave welcomed the challenge. Fair and reasonable pricing. You may find less expensive roofer, but you will not find a more excellent and skilled roofer.

David did a 2nd layer roof about 28+ years ago- it lasted and held up very well. Figured I'd better get a new roof before this one started having problems so who else would I think of? Off came all the old stuff and on with the new! David is a consummate professional (and a bit of a perfectionist) but that works for me. My roof is done, it looks awesome, I now have several vents (for lack of a better name) in my roof to help with hot air escaping, yea! David advised, was there when the tear down guys came, was there every day he said he would be, cleans up daily and stays to walk the roof with the inspector! I'm happy and appreciative!! - you don't always get a professional when you expect to hire one; you will with Vision Roofing.

We hired Dave to install 4 skylights a few months ago, and he was very responsive and knowledgeable. He gave us a fair rate, and I also really liked that he does the work himself. His customer service was excellent, he even contacted me after it rained to make sure that there were no problems with the skylights. He kept the timeline that was promised and did a quality job. I would definitely recommend him, and use him for future projects.

Dave simply delivers. We had some rodents problems and the pest control company told us to contact a roofing contractor to address some potential breach points. We sent out for bids; Dave was quick to respond and came out for an inspection. Dave politely declined screening the potential breach points and said he could work with the pest control company if needed. He went on the roof to inspect if it needed any work. Dave was honest and said the roof was in good shape and didn't really need much; just a couple of broken tiles and addressing a leak in one of the valleys. His price was fair. He even picked up extra tiles for us from the scrap yard since the tiles are no longer sold. If you have roofing needs, call Dave.
