While I hope no one ever has a wrongful death or medical malpractice case, however, if you do, Christian Jagusch is the physician-attorney you want. From the very beginning, he was compassionate, responsive and clear. He consistently took the time to explain the law, set realistic expectations, and kept me informed every step of the way. I am incredibly grateful to Christian for fighting for both justice and a fair settlement for the wrongful death of my spouse. I highly recommend him and his team.

I called to get a consultation and was explaining the situation to the intake coordinator and she was completely dismissive. She proceeded to tell me that they only take extremely severe cases and I should have been able to see that from their website by the types of cases they've handled in the past. She then proceeded to tell me she had to take another call and hung up. I completely understand if this case was not in their wheelhouse, however, at the end of the day we are all human beings and it costs nothing to be kind and compassionate.

They couldn't/wouldn't take my care because Dr./patient care worth fighting for. Guess there isn't enough money in this area. At least this was very apparent for me & my situation.

One of their attorneys just talked to my partner and he did not listen a word she said. He was being rude and basically not even bothering. I'm not happy with how they treated us, but very happy to leave this 1-star review. Don't waste your time...
