Miguel and his crew went above and beyond re-carpeting our rental condo. Normally we seek a second estimate which is recommended but I'm glad we just stayed with him because he did fix other things that wasn't a scope of the job. He doesn't only do carpets so ask him what else he can do: he laid down a new kitchen floor.

Thank you MITCH for another great service. Our dogs are happy and our house smells clean again. Biscuit and Louie were supervising Mitch closely... see picture! LOL

I LOVE Walnut Creek Carpet Care - and have used their services for many years. Mitch, the owner, does an excellent job for very reasonable prices. He is also very friendly/personable . . . we don't use anyone else.

If a stain can be removed, Mitch makes it happen. He's on time, friendly, and well priced. I don't ask him how much before he finishes because I know he will charge fairly for the work he did. Having that trust in a service is worth a lot to me.

I have used this service multiple times. They try to meet my scheduling requests. They are very polite and do a good job.
