WBI replaced the failing retaining wall keep the road out of the kitchen of our tiny, 30% sloped hillside lot right above Fairfax, 60' of up to a 8' soldier pile and lagging wall, with 16' in the ground. They did a phenomenal job! The crew was experienced, proficient and friendly (ask for Walter!), the management was clear and communicative about small (and necessary) change orders, and were more than happy to work with me to help minimize costs (I did the railing at the top of the wall myself to save money). The geotechnical engineer they use is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They addressed one small cosmetic issue that only revealed itself after they were gone, no questions asked. I can't say enough good things about the work that was done for the project. thank you!

Super bad customer service, I physically saw one of their drivers hit my car in my work parking lot and drive away. I was unfortunately unable to see the damage instantly from where I was standing and of course the security cameras from my office were being serviced. After speaking with the property manager he was able to pull a picture of the license plate number and a clear image of the company name, after calling and speaking with who I assume is the receptionist explaining what happened and mentioning that I MIGHT be able to get footage of the truck actually hitting my car, she asked that I send pictures of the damage because they wanted to avoid using their insurance. I sent them and they instantly decided they wanted the video. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the video so they refused to even give me their insurance. Of course, their driver denied doing it but the catch is he never got out of his truck to even check. Now I am looking at small claims court since they can't be bothered to do the right thing. I would 100% not recommend this company.

The project to rebuild our deck took 6 months from beginning to end and ended up costing 50% more than the initial budget proposal. When this started, I thought it could get done in under 2 months. We had to expand the scope of the project so that was some of the additional cost, but man oh man - it went from $100K to $150K for a deck. In other parts of the country, that's enough to buy an entire home. It was not easy to get a hold of the contractor and I would have to text multiple times over multiple days to get a response. It got done and the deck looks good so I'm thankful for that. Sharing this here so that folks come into projects with eyes wide open to the fact that things take way longer and costs, which are already astronomical, are likely to be even higher when all is said and done.

Trevor and his guys did a great job removing my front sidewalk, excavating down, and doing the concrete work. They found a bunch of dry rot and jacked up the house to replace the wood, doing an excellent match with the existing afterwards. They were super happy and proactive and completed the work a couple of days early, which helped us a lot!

These guys are very professional. Trevor spent weeks working with our architect and engineers in designing the right system. His team is all super talented, friendly, and hard-working. Our job was pretty complicated and they accommodated so much for us to make it happen! Thank you!
