This place treated me in an appalling and completely uncompassionate way, and I strongly recommend avoiding them. When I first called and left a message, I explained that I had missed using my Groupon because my mother had died. When they called back, the staff member did not offer a single word of condolence and simply told me I could not use it. Later, when I spoke with the owner and asked for a simple extension of the expiration date due to my mother's passing, he told me "everyone has an excuse" and "we don't give away free services," and said I would have to pay $60 (not $30 like he claims) to reactivate the Groupon. You can decide for yourself whether this is the kind of business you want to support; I know I will never go back. I'll note there are many higher-rated chiropractors on Yelp for good reason.

I've had an old knee injury for years where my knee randomly locks up, and when it does, it hurts for days. I've been to other chiropractors before, but they always had trouble unlocking it or adjusting it properly. Then I came to Whole Body Chiropractic & Massage and saw Dr. Russell Maramag. and wow, completely different experience. On my very first visit, he was able to fix it and get my knee feeling better right away. I honestly couldn't believe it. You can tell he really knows what he's doing and takes the time to understand your body instead of just doing a quick adjustment. What really stood out to me was that he didn't just adjust me and send me off.. he also took the time to massage the area and even applied K-tape for extra support. I've never had that level of care from any other chiropractor before. The whole place is clean, calming, and super professional. I felt taken care of the entire time. If you have any kind of chronic pain or stubborn injury like mine, I highly recommend coming here. Dr. Russell is the real deal. I'll definitely be coming back!
