Oscar is thorough and fair! He is quick to reply, troubleshoot, and does very good, honest work. Oscar helped us with a mold issue last year and we haven't had any more issues since. Highly recommend!

Quick response. Very nice person. Came over, heard our concerns and checked for moisture with a moisture meter. We didn't need his services but he did provide some advice to help us with humidity. I pray we don't ever need a mold remediation but if we ever do I'll be sure to hire 3 step. Thanks for your help.

Oscar responded to my message right away and had availability to address our mold problem quickly. They provided a reasonable and thorough estimate, and responded to all of my additional questions about their plan. When executing the plan, they reached out because some additional work was needed, which would result in a reasonable and minimal additional charge. I appreciated the transparency. When finished, they helped coordinate with a handy person who was coming to do some repairs following their remediation and demolition work. I had a mold issue in the corner of my living room carpet and needed it treated ASAP. I received multiple quotes from other companies that were way out of my price range.
