I had Ace's assess my broken garage door, per the contracted vendor under my home warranty. The tech (Musa) that came to assess the issue misdiagnosed the problem and wasn’t professional. Seems dishonest and would not recommend this company.

Liars liars liars. They misquote and always try to replace the entire garage door. Happened with me two times. Stay away from them. I would give them zero stars if Yelp allows.

Communication with the main office was laughable. I never knew who I was talking to, and I felt like I was starting at the beginning with every conversation. The techs that came were great, super nice and accommodating, but the communication overall was lacking.
