Needed an old wooden basement bulkhead door torn out and replaced with a modern metal one in preparation for house painting. Tricky thing is the dimensions of the foundation required some creative work with a DIY extension from the house to the new door. Alex was able to handle all the tasks this job presented. Foundation repair; odd angles and measurements with the old existing foundation; building an extension; installing the door. Very pleased with the final result. Would highly recommend Alex. Alex helped with a STAS picture hanging system. He is detailed oriented, and did the job very well. Price is reasonable. He came on time and communicated his schedule clearly and committed to it.

Although, I changed my mind on what I needed to have repaired, Alex was patient and responsive in my additional requests. He was able to work around my difficult schedule in-order to get the work I needed done. I ended up having my shower re-caulked and kitchen faucet replaced. Alex did a great job, he communicated once he was completed with each task, and asked me if I had any concerns.

Alex is very knowledgeable and willing to try different things to help clients. We hired him for fixing our patio door screen. he came by, spent time figuring out our existing system and gave us good advice on what solution would work best. He also quoted us a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
