This business was selected by our property manager to correct a very poorly-done bathroom renovation by another local business that was causing water damage and persistent mold/mildew issues. Casa Utopia/Pro Rock Handyman did an excellent job and made the bathroom look beautiful while also addressing some serious functional issues. In total they replaced the lower portion of the shower stall floor and door, and bathroom floor. The whole job took about over a week but they were incredibly thorough, as the job included remediating water damage and unexpectedly replacing a fully corroded pipe. As renters we did not have say in the extent of the renovation or type of tile/material used, but they chose durable, quality, and great-looking tile within the parameters they were given by the property manager, which displays solid judgement and expertise. They also stand by their work, checking in with us to see if all is well and coming to address a minor cosmetic issue promptly. They were friendly, communicative, professional, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Glad they were chosen to complete this job and would be happy to have them back if ever needed.

My kitchen sink drainage was clogged during the weekend. I checked with a couple of service providers but the earliest time available is sometime next week. But ProRock construction provides the quote right away which was reasonable and made themselves available on the same day. They showed up on time, respected the property and approached the problem systematically. They fixed the problem thoroughly and stayed extra minutes to make sure the problem was indeed fixed. I would definitely recommend their service.

Renot and Denis were very professional and helpful in explaining the work needing to be done (waterproofing and tile work) and how they were going to fix it. They communicated well with scheduling and follow up and the final work looked great. Would highly recommend them.

Due to some water and doggie damage on baseboards and door frames, I needed a good carpenter to come in and fix things up. I called a couple of local companies, but did not get calls back. When I called Mr. Den, they picked up, I had a quote in an hour and the job was done the next day. Service. Excellent Workmanship-Excellent Competency-Excellent Price-You get what you pay for. Excellent. I will be calling Dennis back for more quality work!!!

I contacted Pro Rock Handyman Service with a list of tasks. Immediately they gave me an estimate for the cost and a nice discount also. Mr. Denis and Mr. Renat came to my house and very effectively they finished all the tasks within one hour and left. The tasks were to install a new window curtain, install a mirror to the bathroom door, fixing two smoke detectors and find a faulty smoke detector in garage which was making noises. Both of them were very polite and professional. They made me feel very comfortable to interact with them. They already gave me links to buy a new kitchen exhaust fan which they would install next time, once delivered. Now onwards they will be the people I will work with, for all my house chores!! Thanks for their service. I have no doubt to recommend them to others.
