We had a terrible experience with this attic company from day one. What should have been a simple job clearing and cleaning our ducts turned into repeated visits, unexpected charges, and ongoing problems that never seemed to get properly resolved. Initially, they tried to overcharge for what appeared to be a basic service. After the first visit, we continued having insulation coming through our vents, so we had to call them back. During a follow-up assessment, they claimed there were additional damages causing the issue, which led to more scheduling and more costs. Unfortunately, even after that work was completed, we still experienced insulation problems and had to contact them again. It felt like every visit resulted in new charges without real solutions. The most concerning part came after their final visit was that our heater suddenly stopped working. We brought in another vendor to assess the situation, and they identified damages to the heater, including a clogged component and poorly performed replacement work that appeared to be related to the previous service. I highly recommend American Attic for rodent proofing, insulation removal / replacement and/or air duct services. They are fairly priced and have excellent customer service. They provided a very thorough quote with no hidden fees, and I was able to schedule the work within a few days of receiving the quote. The crew did a great job of sealing off the access to/from my attic, performed the work in a timely matter, and left everything neat and clean. The owner, Sam, is easy to get in touch with for any follow-up questions or concerns.

I have a very simple blown in insulation removal job, Sam was the only one willing to give a quote based on the info I provided via phone instead of coming for house inspection. The price is very reasonable. His crew arrived on time and very thorough with every step, including install drop cloth and floor protection and cleaning up both inside the house and driveway afterwards etc. All the nooks and crannies in the attic are cleaned. The whole job took 2.5 men (one stopped by mid way and left early) about 5 hours. Highly recommended!

Sam Naib came to my home, I've lived here since August, to check out my attic. I heard some noise in my attic and my heater was running on and off. He found evidence of rodents, traps, damaged insulation and ducts. He gave me a free estimate and we scheduled the work. In two days they removed the old insulation & damaged ducts, sanitized, rodent proofed,air sealed around recessed lights and any air gaps, then installed new ducts that are not laying on the insulation but properly hung with duct hangers. Very impressed with his team of workers. They prep the work area to prevent dust from getting into your home. They are courteous and respect your home and property. I recommend American Attics.

I hired Marco from a referral. Earlier he had done insulation and rodent proofing in the attic of one of my very picky friends, who referred him to me with a lot of enthusiasm. Marco check-boxed all the boxes for an insulation and rodent proofing job. He showed up on time, did a great job, etc etc. However, the 5 star review is for when he went above and beyond the call of duty. The day he finished the job and left, that same evening we saw a rat in our kitchen. We didn't know if there were any rodents in the house but had a slight suspicion since there is an orange tree very close to the house. This was likely a roof rat that was in the attic and upon insulation and rodent proofing couldn't find its way out and climbed down via the hood outlet. We are simply disgusted by rats. I send a text message immediately to Marco that we needed help and he said he would show up tomorrow. Note that at this point we had already paid in full for the job. Most contractors don't even pick up their phones, let alone respond to a text. I was skeptical if Marco would show up the next day but lo and behold Marco showed up the very next evening and that too on 4th of July! Imagine, this guy showed up
