great group of people. really helped uncover some serious issues and fixed it all for a pretty fair price.

Owner/ or person I spoke to was super nice and informative. Quote came super competitive with equivalent break downs from 3 other quotes. (Not saying it's cheap but it's competitive). The staff on-site was great. Diego kept checking in with me and being transparent. They did a very clean job. Left not one spec of dust behind. The only thing I want to call out is that original inspection came back with one quote, and on site they said I needed more done upstairs. I would of hoped they caught that prior-- so we opted out for now. But I'm not taking down the stars because I don't know the complexity of finding more damage when you're actually in there. Happy with the experience. Will see how it goes the next couple months with rodents.

Overall good, they did the work yesterday. Waiting on the promised attic pictures from the sealing and installation. Just got to see them on the guys phone yesterday. I will update once I can get a better look at them. Update: Got the pictures, posted some of them so you can see them. Went with R-49 blown in Cellulose blown in. Next morning for the same time period heater run time cut in half. Old insulation was over 35-years old.

On time. Good service. Had them do a complete clean out of attic due raccoon expiring in attic, fecal contamination and foul odor. They were very thorough and professional. Even returned to take care a small problem with job after I already paid them.

We had dryer venting issues. Kamal came out and gave a quote. It was higher than the other quotes, but CA Attic is actually licensed and insured, which was something I needed especially because my job required roof work. Manuel, came out with his partner and actually did the job. He was quick, clean, efficient, courteous, and importantly he documented the project before and after with photos and videos.
