I had a minor job that required a roofer to go up to the third floor of my house to retrieve an object from the gutter. Most roofing companies didn't want to bother with work like this. Andy responded and completed the work and didn't want to charge for his time. He was responsive, made the climb on a very steep roof, and fixed the problem. If I ever have a significant need for roof repair, I'll call Andy. I used to be a roofer myself and Andy knows his stuff.

Andy's had a level of service I was not expecting from a roofing company. Professional, trustworthy, and I didn't feel like they were dumbing things down or impatient with my questions. Needing a roof is the worst, but Andy's made it much less painful than I expected!
