Great experience! I needed to retrofit a door with only a mortise lock to a smart lock. They came up with a great solution, recommended a better lock for me than I would have chosen (and even cheaper) and then installed it for me. Whole process was easier and faster than I expected. There was a lot of work to properly install and set up the new lock but it was all done very professionally. Would definitely recommend!!

If you're looking for a locksmith in Marin County, I highly recommend Anytime Locksmith Pros. I called around 3:00 p.m. on the day before the July 4th holiday weekend after two other locksmiths told me they couldn't come until after the holiday. Eli made my job a priority and came out after hours so I didn't have to wait through the weekend. Before coming, he asked me to send a few pictures of the locks so he knew exactly what he was walking into and could bring anything he might need. He was friendly, honest, and really knew what he was doing. He even saved me money by rekeying an existing bolt lock instead of replacing it. I'll definitely be using Anytime Locksmith Pros again whenever I need locks rekeyed for one of my rental properties.

Had an emergency with a broken back door lock that was spinning freely. The locksmith came out and figured out the problem immediately. It's a broken part that needs a manufacturer replacement, but he was able to get the door open and explain everything clearly. Very professional and honest technician!
