Bill is a pro. Diagnosed my Jenn Air dishwasher pump issue, ordered the part, and came back to fix it. On time, on budget, and clean. And when I thought the problem was back he made a trip to check it out and didn't charge me. Honesty and integrity. I highly recommend him.

If I could give Bill and his company 6 stars I would! Recently, Bill helped me install a new washer/dryer in my home when nobody else would due to the tight space and degree of difficulty. He was professional, friendly, honest, very knowledgeable and took the utmost pride in his work. The installation was not easy, and while many would have quit or stopped responding, Bill came back for two days to help me out and get the machines installed. Highly recommend , on time; issue with washer computer board. At that place where parts/repair about half cost of new one. He even looked for used boards online. Although no longer under warranty he suggested we contact LG to see if they'd cover it as there's been issues. Lo and behold I did and they are replacing part at no charge! Thank you Bill

During the repair, Bill encountered a second issue, but quickly adapted, went to the store for extra materials, and still was able to fix the issue the same day.
