Usama had done 2 small plumbing issue repairs/fixes for us so when it became known that our kitchen sink was clogged he highly recommended that we replace our very (very!) old galvanized steel water pipes with copper ones. He thoroughly explained the process to us. He and his crew got it all done in one day - on a Sunday no less! Great work - they managed to not have to dig up the sidewalk. Usama is very professional, respectful, friendly and incredibly hard-working.
