I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. We worked with Roy H. What an incredibly professional young man. Very competent in what he spoke about and the job that he did. He did not try to push any extra sales at us was very efficient and quick. We ended up having to need more work done where the ground needed dug up. He offered to come out at any time while we were waiting for that job to be done to do any repairs that came along any leaks that came up for free. He always answered every text message and phone call and never left us hanging. They just completed the job where they had to dig up concrete and relay some pipes and fittings. The job was done very professionally. The crew was very polite and kept the worksite clean. They left our yard the way it was when they got there. We could not have asked for a better experience during this unfortunate plumbing problem.

As someone who was very apprehensive about finding an honest plumber to do the sewer Lateral certification in Oakland, I was relieved to see the reviews at Star Rooter. I engaged them without hesitation and my faith was repaid by an incredible job, on time, and on budget, before escrow, surprising everybody on the escrow team! The tenant who I was selling the house to was so happy with their job that they hire them to replace all their plumbing after this job! Star Rooter has my trust--which is a very rare thing indeed.

I want to thank Alex from Star Rooter and Plumbing. Here is the scene. Its mother's Day around 10 a.m. and I get the idea of trying to fix a leaky fixture on my washing machine. I get the old fixture off and realize that I'm overmatched with putting the new fixture in place. The water to the entire house has to remain off until this is fixed. I call Star Rooter and I vwas given a 3 hour window. Alex showed up on the earlier side of 3 hour window and was able to replace my old worn out pipe, install the new fixture in less then 30 minutes. He took time to make sure things looked as clean as possible upon completing the job. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional plumber.

They came out quickly to give us a free estimate. I called 2 other plumbers. One didn't give me a quote. They wanted me to call after I got other quotes!! The other company promised to email me a quote and I never received it. I think Star provided us a fair quote. They replaced all the drain pipes under our house. They completed the work in one day. We are very happy with their work and clean up.

It was past 10pm and they responded within 10 minutes with a fair price. Guillermo came out next day morning on time, efficient and was pleasant to work with. Fixed my clogged kitchen sink and I now I have a go to plumber.
