California Window Masters

I had 9 windows installed last week and the CWM crews did excellent jobs from start to finish. From initial call to measurement and pricing and installation extra sealing in and out sides of the windows. Also protecting the work area with work cloth helps minimize vacuum later. Jacek did excellent jobs on giving me 3 different brands windows to choose from and his employees, Arnasto, Roberto, and Armando are great on their work!

I called Ca Window Masters for an estimate and the staff who answered the phone was polite, efficient, and very helpful. She made every effort to accommodate my appointment on the day and time I requested. Jacek Pasternak the rep or supervisor came on time. He was very quick, knowledgeable, and professional. The quote from Jacek for windows and door (retrofit as well as new construction for the different manufacturers and models) was received that very same evening, as promised. I also note that the quotes I received from them were very reasonable, much lower than the quotes I received from other companies for the exact same manufacturer and model. I would highly recommend Jacek Pasternak and California Window Masters in San Ramon, CA. I believe they serve the entire Bay Area. Give them a call.

Excellent service, we had a very complex project where other companies couldn't complete project. California Window Masters met all of our needs, they were professional and thoughtful throughout the process. Erick and Frank the installers were terrific, well done job and cleaned site after work was completed. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone.
