The screen shop staff were attentive and provide prompt services. The screens were replaced within a week. The quality and color are very good. Definitely appreciated they were able to use the existing frames. This made replacing the screens very affordable.

This is not my first time hiring The Screen Shop to repair my window screens. I keep coming back for their fair price and fast service. I bring my broken screens to them, drop them off outside the shop. Go in and the lad(ies) would come out, look at my screens then we go back into the shop and she would write me up. I do drop off because it's cheaper of course. One week later, I will get a text notifying me to pick up. Such a no nonsense business with fair prices, I would definitely recommend this business to everyone who needs their window screens repair.

The Screen Shop is a generational family business that are experts in their field. They stepped me through the various screen options in repairing my screen doors. The heavy-duty dog proof screens add more strength to the aluminum framed door and it rolls open & closed much easier & quieter. Rollers on the bottom were also replaced making the door more usable. Time to repair and pickup were met on time. Great quality for price with zero drama.

I've used these guys twice now, and both experiences have been spot on. The first time was for a custom screen door--my opening was a weird, non-standard size (because of course it was), and they handled it like it was no big deal. Fit came out perfect. Most recently, I had them rescreen two window screens with a darker, cat-resistant mesh (because my cat apparently thinks he's training for the WWE), and again--flawless work. Quality is top-tier, attention to detail is there, and the service feels genuinely high-level without being over the top. Definitely my go-to spot for anything screen-related.
