CG Appliance

Replaced our 18 year old Miele dishwasher, we originally bought at CG, with a new one. Did everything online. They removed old one and installed new one in less than an hour perfectly. Confirmation of delivery was perfect and they arrived on time. CG did us right 18 years ago and they did us right again 18 years later.

We recently bought a dishwasher from CG Appliance and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. I told Oscar what I wanted and he gave sent me an email with a number of options. I picked one and he sent me a quote that included the new dishwasher, delivery, installation, and removal of the old one. He also gave me an estimated delivery date which he later confirmed by email. The delivery team arrived on time, put protective material on our kitchen floor, removed the old unit, installed and tested the new unit, and were gone in about an hour. A very good job!

Long story short, I was forced to buy from another appliance store that wanted my business. Backstory: Came in here looking for a washer. Jeff helped me out and I was taken away how professional he was initially. He identified they have stock of the washer I wanted but because of the long weekend we weren't able to move further past the process. He promised to reach out first thing Monday. Monday came, no communication from him, just radio silence. I even gave him the benefit of the doubt and tried calling him and leaving him voicemails to call me back so I could make payment and complete the purchase. I was certain he would come through after how nice and reaffirming he was when we met. Alas, he never did reach back out. I'm glad I didn't do business with them in the end if this is how they handle business. The manager's name is Jeff Stern who assisted me and went silent. Please do better with your next customers.

I needed an upgrade to my gas stove and talked to Ruth this morning. She was incredibly knowledgable, patient (while I hemmed and hawed over whether to get matte black or stainless steel finish), professional, and very pleasant to work with. She also dicussed current sales so I got a great deal. I immediately purchased a gas stove on the phone primarily due to the excellent customer service. Thank you so much, Ruth!

I recently worked with Ruth to purchase a suite of appliances for a rental unit. She was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. In short order she helped me find the best deals on the highest quality products within my budget. I initially ordered an electric range, only to realize the hookup was for gas. Ruth didn't blink an eye and got the order on track. The delivery team, Carlos and Santos, were punctual and professional. All went well, except the dishwasher was a fraction of an inch larger than the space. Carlos went above and beyond to make it work, remaining on the job much longer than anticipated. The kitchen now looks amazing! I highly recommend CG!
