Our GE fridge LED lights went out and left a complete darkness inside the fridge. Josue came out and identified the bad light and replaced it in less than 5 minutes. The lady who answered the phone was very courteous and was on top of things. We would call this place again in the future for all our appliances need.

Carlos Hernandez has, over the years, quickly fixed my refrigerator, my clothes washer and, I think, my cooktop. When our oven began to beep, I called Carlos and, instead of scheduling an appointment, he said to slam it a few times. That worked! But he also told me it would get worse and I'd have to get a new stove eventually, and he was right again! He's amazing!

I had GGA visit me twice this year for appliance problems. Carlos and Melvin were both very good in understanding the problem with my dryer and completely rectified it in a short time. They were diligent and professionally capable, as well as very cordial and fair. The second time, it was my refrigerator. Melvin quickly understood the reason for the problem. He did a thorough cleaning out the drain pipes from the freezer to prevent water from collecting inside the refrigerator. He was again highly competent, efficient, and cordial. Thank you GGA! They are a great company. Very honest and fair. Melvin is a great technician. He explained why our freezer wasn't working properly, and how to get it running again. They fixed my fridge without upselling or making me buy parts I didn't need -again, very honest guys. My fridge hasn't had a problem since. Would highly recommend.
