Mike, Jack, and Dee were a pleasure to work with. Dee was coordinating things from the office; Mike and Jack came to our house to do the physical installation of Enphase batteries and the assorted pieces of equipment that went with said batteries. They were professional, friendly, courteous, and communicative. They stayed in touch with me over text for scheduling.

When I started looking for a battery solution for my solar system, I consulted someone who cautioned me thus: "solar is a scam", alluding to the contractors in the game. However, it changed everything when I found Golden Bear. Mike, Jack and Dee are a complete exception to the scam refrain.

Mike, Jack, Pedro and Dee were all professional and knowledgeable as we went through design, installation, and city/PGE approval. We have a Spanish tile roof, and they did a complicated inset installation. Great job and so far, the Enphase system is working beautifully.
