Overpriced and terrible service. They left me with a broken refrigerator! I am extremely disappointed with Hotline Appliance Repair. I called them to fix my refrigerator, which wasn't cooling properly. The technician spent maybe 20 minutes inspecting it, claimed he had fixed everything, and then hit me with an outrageously high bill. The final price turned out to be twice as much as what they had originally quoted me over the phone, due to hidden fees. What's worse, the fridge stopped working completely just a few hours after he left, and all my food went bad. When I called their customer service demanding they fix the mistake or give me a refund, they were incredibly rude and refused to help. This company is a total rip-off. Save your money and find someone else!

my dishwasher broke down this morning, through yelp I found this company, the owner was able to response right away and were able the schedule appointment for later in the day to fix. He showed up on time and was fix the issue right away and we are happy to say we having a working dishwasher before dinner. high recommend!

I hired this company to repair my LG washing machine. They send the technician to my place, he was really nice and professional. Gave me the quote and explained what was the issue. I paid the material fee and they ordered the part . They called to let me know that they receive the part and scheduled the repair appointment for the next day. So they fixed my washer in 2 days. I liked how low-effort it was.

Amazing service! George came right in time, he was very polite and explained me everything, my Bosch Dishwasher was not working and he came and explained to me that there is some issue with the control board, ordered the part from the manufacturer, it took 2 days to get the part, and he fixed it at the same day! Definitely recommend their service, price was very reasonable. Thank you Hotline Appliance!
