Jake came out for the inspection and quote, and Moises did the actual work. Both were a pleasure to talk to and clearly care about their customers. I originally hired them for an exclusion job, and ended signing up for ongoing pest control as well. The work was excellent, the price is unbeatable, and they're genuinely nice people -- what more can you ask for?

Knock Em Out Pest Control came out after I was told by two different Pest Control Companies I had no pests! I knew I did and kept complaining. Finally hired Knock Em Out. Jack and Alan are great! They showed me all the problems! I had rats outside of my house. They installed bait traps. I had Japanese beetles in the garage! If you want REAL pest control, professional, reliable, and affordable. You will really like Knock Em Out Pest Control, Alan our technician is terrific.

I had a very disappointing experience with this pest control company. I hired them specifically for pigeon abatement and to clean up the feces left behind, and they completely failed to deliver on both. The pigeon problem was not resolved at all, and the cleanup work that was promised either wasn't done properly or was ignored altogether. On top of that, I was hit with an unauthorized charge that I never approved, which is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor service, lack of communication, and questionable billing practices make this a business to avoid.

I am extremely pleased with the great service I have received from Jake Anicete. I had rodents causing problems in my garage and car, and Jake came over the same day I called. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel much better knowing I was in great hands. They provide EXCELLENT customer service.
