Liaison Landscapes

TLDR: Find another landscaping crew. We used them for landscaping. The process started great. They communicated well and the team was friendly. However, execution was lacking. They planted some things that died quickly (that is fine, that happens) and others that were in shaded areas that require more light than they get; essentially not growing in months (that should not have happened). Additionally, they forgot some plants we had discussed and then required multiple follow-ups on my end to replace some that died. Finally, and this is what really made me give them a one star review, they recommended a new gravel for our stairs with an adhesive to keep it together. That adhesive failed. They changed their story multiple times on the cause of the issue depending on who on their team I talked to; field crew said it was them, owner said it was on the supplier...In the end, it was on me to pay them for a more powerful adhesive product and for another day of labor for a team to come back out to complete the job properly. Well, guess what, that adhesive is coming apart again after limited use. In all, poor choice of some plants / locations and subpar engineering work and terrible account

Markus was great. Worked in my price range and created a beautiful low- maintenance back yard. Had to wait a little while for him to begin but it was worth the wait!

Ive had Liaison landscapes do both my back and side yard. In both instances they exceeding my expectations and delivered on outstanding quality and a beautiful design. Markus, Brent and Chrissy were prompt, professional and helped guide us to achieve a great result with budget as an important consideration. The execution teams on both projects we punctual, polite, efficient and very hard working. Transparent and thoughtful, you will have a great project experience with Liaison landscapes.

The quality of the work was outstanding. My complaint is work that isn't being completed. Numerous discussions and missed appointments on their part has left me needing to hire someone else to complete the job Liaison started. If it wasn't for the quality of the work I would have given one star.

I am very happy with my landscape project. Markus was able to listen to me and my wishes. His suggestions and explanations helped me realize what would work best. He's knowledgeable at his business. I also want to acknowledge the team that worked on my project. Ramon and his team worked hard and put up with my dog barking at them. They were respectful and friendly.
