M & L Doors

Just had him come over for a quote and very impressed thus far. Mark, the owner, shows up in a full utility work truck ready to measure & explain the process. He also managed to fix part of my bent broken track temporarily until the new door arrives. While this may seem like normal customary response to this call, I assure you it is not.

I rarely write reviews but my experience with Mark from M& L doors was so positive I felt compelled to share it on Yelp. I had two old school plywood garage doors that were on their last legs. I've wanted to replace them with roll up doors forever but had a challenging installation due to cabinets and a huge beam in the way. Mark arrived on time and was able to access the situation and come up with solutions that allowed me to keep my cabinets and work around the huge beam that holds up my second story. Mark gave a detailed reasonable estimate which I approved and ordered my doors and openers. Mark returned again arriving on time and ready to work. Mark has over 30 years in the business and it shows. He installed both doors and openers as if he had done it hundreds of times (which he probably has). Several obstacles came up which he solved with little effort. It's nice to see somebody tackle a difficult job without bitching about how hard it is. Just get the job done. Bottom line, Mark is an incredible craftsman. I am totally satisfied with his work and love my new doors and openers.

Needed our garage door installed. The tech was professional and came on time. Price was also reasonable especially as for a specific day which was on a holiday was made an exceptional. Recommended.

M&L Doors is a lifesaver! My garage door spring had sprung and my landlords handy man had really messed it up. Called about 11 am and Derek arrived at 3 pm and had my garage door working in about 30 minutes for a great price! Would recommend this business to everyone!

Called these guys on a Monday and found out that my door had one broken Spring. Mark sent a guy over in a matter of hours. Derrick quickly identified the bad spring and began working on the whole section quickly. He spend about 25 mins on the job. I spent most of the time asking him question after question about my 14 yr old 1/3 Liftmaster. He told me that there were two parts in there that looked very worn but that "It would work fine". I asked him about motor replacement because I new i would have to replace it eventually. He told me not to worry just yet. Less than an hour before he left I used the garage door and it automatically kept coming up and not staying down. I called mark and he told me to adjust the tension nobs. It's now Thursday and the door doesn't want to stay closed even after adjusting the nobs. I call a mark and explain this to him and basically ask him why this would be happening. He tells me that my Motor needs to be replaced as per the Stipulations on my work order. I tell him that not the way his Tech put it to me. I get home and finally look at his work order, it says Gear and a sprocket Worn, bad. HOW THE F*** AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS IF A LICE
