Well they were not able to fix my windows but came out twice; and I was so impressed by their honesty. They did not charge me on either visit and finally told me that my windows needed special treatment they were unable to supply at that time. Though they could not do the job I appreciated the integrity of coming twice and not charging me and also not trying to do a job that they felt unable to do correctly. That says a lot to me about a business.

They were fast and fair. Good to find someone you can trust. I will use them again. Thanks guys!

John came out and put a doggy door in our patio door slider. He did a great job. Also adjusted the lock and put in new rollers.

Alex and son met my expectations and the owner 'John' was very knowledgeable and responsive and delivered what he promised. Also, a very competitive price point. I would definitely use this company again.

I accidentally broke a dual pane window at my shop. Called Glass Guru who was able to come next day to measure. Glass arrived a few days later and they were able to accommodate install. The technician checked in with me before arrival. Simple credit card payment upon completion. Overall a great experience and price was within budget.
