Mason Heating & Air Conditioning

I love these people. Bob Mason and his sons have been taking care of our HVAC needs for more than a decade and are honest, kind, hard working, reliable and experts at what they do. I can't recommend them more highly. In two different homes they've fixed multiple ducting problems, installed new hot water heaters and an air conditioning system, and repaired/maintained a heater and then a furnace to good working order. Their prices are always fair and reasonable, and they stand by their work.

Bob's customer service and expertise are outstanding. After over a year of trying many different HVAC companies without satisfaction I am glad I chose this company. Price- excellent Work- excellent and timely Communication- prompt and transparent Explanation of problem and fix- the most trustworthy and accurate after over a year of communicating with different companies. Bob even went out of his way to drive from SF (I live in Pleasant Hill) to put in a new grate for my duct so I can easily change AC filters, this wasn't part of the job. This is a honest, family owned, small business with many years of experience. They will get the job done right and go out of their way to make sure you are a happy customer with a cool home. PS- I never right reviews, but I am happy to recommend this company to anyone, Mason Mechanical is top notch.

HVAC experts, great guys providing value in heating and cooling...Bob and his crew replaced my old gravity furnace with a space saving and energy efficient unit. They made several suggestions along the way. I got new ducting, registers and the best system for my 1950's house. I'll use them again.

I had Bob come over to decommission an unused air conditioner (coolant recapture) and install a extraction fan in the bathroom of my 80-year old house. He endured several delays and interrogations on my end before we finally found a day that worked. On the day of, he showed up exactly on time and got to work immediately. The fan installation was a bit more complicated than anticipated but he expertly solved each problem he encountered, and finished with a thoughtful installation. Even though it took a bit longer than anticipated, he honoured his original quote. He did not cut corners on the install either. Nice guy, nice price, nice work.

I love this company! I called Bob Mason after my heater broke down. He showed up promptly and gave me an estimate that I couldn't turn down. Within a few days, I had a heat! I highly recommend this company!
