Efficient, prompt, honest and reasonable are adjectives that describe Peterson Heating and Ventilating to a tee. This is a great example of a family-owned company that is dedicated to providing great service at a fair price. Norm's wife and daughter help man the phones in the office and Norm and his employees make sure the jobs are done correctly and efficiently. Today, Norm brought along one of his employees, Eddy, who was knowledgeable and thorough. He diagnosed the problem accurately, replaced the malfunctioning part, cleaned my furnace filters, tested the entire system and assured me the AC would serve me well for years to come. I've been using Peterson Heating and Ventilation since 1991 and will continue to use them for all my heating and AC needs.

Excellent service period. The technician was very thorough and educational as well. It means a lot to both my wife and I when a technician is willing to teach the customer how to troubleshoot an issue. Thank god it was an easy fix. More so thank you as well for the tips. I would highly recommend this company.

I found Peterson Heating through the Cole Hardware referral service. Paul arrived right at the appointed time and proceeded to clean my dryer vent. He was great with my three dogs who were curious about who was in the house making so much noise! The job was within the price range that I expected. I would definitely use them again.
