I had Schmitt Heating replace my 25-year-old broken gas furnace with a Carrier Infinity 98. I am 100% pleased with all aspects of the installation. Schmitt's staff is highly professional. The workmanship is meticulous. The furnace works perfectly. Their price was fair. The furnace is so quiet that I cannot hear it anywhere in the house. Schmitt is a San Francisco company whose skill resulted in my 3-story house being evenly heated. I can recommend them without hesitation.

I am a very happy repeat customer. Thermastat replacement and changed filter in Carrier furnace. I got timely service at a reasonable price and have used Schmitt on several different properties over the past years. Their work is excellent.

I had Schmitt heating out to take a look at our thermostat since it wasn't working properly. Unfortunately, it was too old to replace given our model of furnace. The tech guy was very informative and on time, but he was supposed to get us a quote on a new system and we never heard from anyone again. I called several times to follow up and was told each time someone would get back to me. It was very frustrating.

Have worked with Schmitt for years and only have good things to say about them! First I worked with Paul Bugler and his crew and lately with Bryant Gannon. They all were extremely professional and courteous. Great work!

Responding to your response: we are definitely not debating agreeing to have the tubing exposed, but please take a look at the photo again. Is this work you are proud of and feel we should be happy with? The black tubing is loosely running along the drywall for several feet then for 6 feet running unattached with a 6-12 inch gap to the ceiling. If this is an example of the work you stand behind, and your guidance to us before taking on the project should have left us feeling good with this outcome, then that is certainly up to you to confirm here. We are aware that our maintenance company recently contacted you but, after finding that out last week we halted that outreach as you may be aware. We instructed them to find a new vendor to fix this work at additional cost and they errantlu reached out to you not knowing you were the original vendor.
