We retrofitted our windows during a complete overhaul of our home. Mike was the most professional, no nonsense contractor that we met in the renovation process. Not only they provided excellent service but also went above and beyond to accommodate our multiple reschedules because of delays on our side. If I could I would give Mike and his team many more stars for the quality of work and flexibility around our schedule.

After comparing window and sliding patio door retrofit options from Home Depot and several independent contractors, we ultimately chose Pro Fit Glass (PFG). One of the biggest advantages was the ability to select the exact brand, style, and energy-efficient options we wanted--without being pushed into higher-priced models. PFG's pricing was competitive, and because our HOA requires retrofit installation (no exterior modifications allowed), they handled that requirement well. Inside the home, they finished the new doors with wood trim rather than vinyl, which gave the project a more polished look. Mike was patient and extremely accommodating throughout the process.

I didn't know what to expect getting retrofit windows installed. Mike assured me not to worry about anything, I wouldn't need any repair work done and he would be quick. He was right. He came out and measured everything, ordered all the windows and then came back to do the installation a couple weeks later. He worked very quickly and was done in no time. The windows are perfect...
