We had a washer dryer combo that would not drain. Tom responded very quickly and was able to fix it on the same day. He charged a reasonable price for the labor involved. We are happy with his service and would use him again.

Our dishwasher started making a motor-grinding sound. Uh oh. This is something you don't want to hear. We did a quick search for a repairman and found Tom. It was around 5 PM on a weekday when we called. He asked if we'd like him to come at 8 PM the same night. Yes! He was 15 minutes early. He tested the most likely culprits and concluded it was the circulating pump. He tried to save us some money by removing the gunk that had built up, hoping that would solve the problem. But no, the unit had to be replaced. Tom returned at 2 PM the following day and quickly made the repair. He hung around listening to the dishwasher going through the cycle to ensure it was operating properly. Tom was knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, and charged very reasonable rates for his service and parts. For any further appliance repairs, we will be calling Tom.
